"Iravan" football club has stopped its activity.

Offsideplus.az reports that such a decision was made because the licensing criteria for the next season were not fulfilled.

Competing in the I League of the Azerbaijan Football Championship, "Irevan" finished the season in the 8th place with 27 points. Several players of the team, whose name has been mentioned in the games, have been banned from football for life. In addition, AFFA warned the club that did not fulfill the terms of the contract signed with players and coaches.

It should be noted that at today's meeting of the Licensing Commission, it was announced that "Iravan" did not fulfill the requirements to participate in the 1st League.
